Your Initial Enrollment Period spans seven months — the three months before you turn 65, your birthday month, and the three months after. Open Enrollment runs October 15 through December 7 each year, and Special Enrollment Periods may apply after qualifying life events such as losing employer coverage.
Yes — there is no cost and no obligation. Our licensed advisors are compensated by the insurance carriers when someone enrolls, so your analysis, comparison and consultation are always free to you.
Medicare Advantage (Part C) replaces how you receive Parts A and B through a private carrier, usually bundling drug coverage and extra benefits within a network. A Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plan works alongside Original Medicare to help cover deductibles and coinsurance, and generally lets you see any provider who accepts Medicare.
